Far as I read Ray isn’t working for Railo, he is still hunting for a job.

I think you may have been misinformed. I don’t believe that either of them left Broadchoice to work for Railo. Sean seems to hint at getting the Railo gig AFTER his “time at Broadchoice come unexpectedly to an end” (http://corfield.org/blog/index.cfm/do/blog.entry/entry/As_one_door_closes_another_opens)

I’m very sorry for my mistake. I kind of mixed stations here. Ray did not announce he joined Railo.
I was reading my twitter in a rush and got the wrong info.
