Blue Raster is seeking a Senior ColdFusion/Flex Developer responsible for strategic planning and development of the MEASURE DHS website and Rich Internet Applications. This position is located in Calverton, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical and content elements of the USAID MEASURE DHS website and interactive applications- www.measuredhs.com
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software packages for dynamic websites
• Determine best practices for web application development for the web development team
• Manage Web strategy and developing long term Web/Project plans
• Ensure compliance with USAID branding, Section 508 and ADA requirements
• Administer and support technical operations of the web servers
