Raymond Camden posted an article that helped me a lot just now when I was going to write a CTE in my stored procedure to retrieve the data sorted according to the client request.

You will join the eteamz.com development team and will work to add features that will help the site grow significantly in 2010. And you will do this in Coldfusion. You will also troubleshoot issues – when a customer reports that the calendar is missing on his site, you will put it back up there for him. You will work with a Product Owner and Scrum Master in Agile fashion and will regularly report progress to the team. You will participate in product demos every three weeks showing off the features you’ve added. Most importantly, you will learn. You will learn to become an all-star web application developer. You will learn how to build scalable, load balanced websites. You will learn how to convert a legacy system into one consumers find useful and relevant in 2010.
Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
