SQL/ColdFusion Guru needed. Skills desired: SQL, ColdFusion, IIS. (Charlotte, NC)

DBA Consultant / Guru needed. Company is located in Charlotte, NC. We are mid-sized software developer, in need of a part-time consultant to assist in DBA duties, application/performance tuning, and troubleshooting production issues. We host various web implementations for a large number of global clients. In particular, we are looking for someone with expertise in SQL databases (2005, 2008), ColdFusion (7, 8), IIS, and Microsoft Cluster. Duties to include:

-ColdFusion tuning. Defining best practices, collecting and analyzing trend data and management reports, making recommendations for tuning ColdFusion to achieve performance gains.
-Troubleshooting production issues, including: database cluster failures, database ‘locks’, database performance issues, web services failures, web server performance issues, application load balancing.
-Assisting with SQL database maintenance plans (backup planning, transaction log maintenance, database shrink, maintenance cleanup, etc).
-Working on-site directly with the CTO, IT Manager, and other IT staff to clearly define potential problems and establish action plans.
-Other optional, but desireable, skills include: Apache web server, virtualization, Hyper-V, Microsoft clustering, SAN technology, Biztalk, load balancing, and any other 3rd party applications that may assist us in our mission.
