Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experience with ColdFusion & Microsoft SQL Server 2000 & 2005.
  • Solid knowledge in relational database design and development (T-SQL).
  • Experience with the integration and use of Microsoft SQL Server with regard to Cold Fusion web applications.
  • Development of ColdFusion MX7/8 applications using ColdFusion Components (CFCs) with Object Oriented design/patterns.
  • Participates in planning and review of new releases and feature sets.
  • Responsible for day-to-day application production support.
  • Duties and Responsibilities Develop enterprise applications using a distributed, three-tier Cold Fusion environment.
  • Work with frameworks; for example, FuseBox, ColdBox.
  • Develop and maintain system and application documentation.
  • Implement changes to Development and Quality Assurance environments prior to Production.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with Cold Fusion (MX7/8) applications
  • Solid knowledge in relational database design and development (T-SQL).
  • T-SQL query and stored procedure development
  • Experience working with XML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience working with HTML/DHTML.
  • Experience Working with Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with current level of development products and tools including: CFEclipse, jQuery.
  • Must be extremely detailed and organized
  • Must be a high-energy person with a passion for quality
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong documentation and debugging/QA skills
  • A desire to learn new Technologies such as AIR/Flex
  • Experience with Issue Tracking software is a plus

  1. Grrrrr. I’ve been waiting for a CFML job to pop up in the Milwaukee area. Going from one contract job to another isn’t what I’m looking for though.
