Responsibilities for this position include:

• Interview end-users and gather new or additional application requirements
• Document requirements and discuss them with management
• Create new and/or update existing system design and workflow documents using automated tools
• Design, document, create, and optimize database schemas
• Tune queries, stored procedures and functions to improve performance
• Merge data from multiple databases (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
• Develop and/or enhance applications using the following languages, tools and/or techniques- ColdFusion, HTML, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL, Java, JavaScript, JQuery, Active Directory/LDAP and XML
• Develop reports using Acuate, Crystal, Cognos, or Oracle Reports
