• This project involves ACG taking over internal operational support of approximately 20 ColdFusion reporting applications (200+ reports) developed by an external vendor.
• We need to inventory the reports and document the data sources, data flows, SLA’s and other operational requirements.
• We also need to take over break fix responsibility for the Cold Fusion Reports immediately.
• No new reports will be developed in ColdFusion.
• All new report requests will be done using WebFocus.
• Inventory and document the existing ACG portfolio of ColdFusion applications reports.
• Perform break fix and implement minor enhancements as required to the ACG portfolio of ColdFusion applications reports.
• Develop new reports using WebFocus.
• Assist in developing a strategy to convert the portfolio from ColdFusion to WebFocus to align with ACG’s enterprise reporting strategy.
