– Basic object-oriented programming skills
– Good database design/modeling skills
– Understanding of CF frameworks like Fusebox, Model-Glue, Reactor, etc.
– AJAX/JavaScript chops
– Java programming is a big big plus
– Server admin skills would be nice, but not necessary
