The right candidate should possess the capability of providing quality customer service, and the ability to ‘jump-in’ as a proactive team member willing to follow an issue from identification to successful resolution. The successful candidate must also be capable of working independently with minimal oversight when necessary and be must possess the following:

• Must have experience with the full software development life cycle
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding and use of a structured design methodology (data modeling, data flow and process flow diagrams)
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong ColdFusion MX, Fusebox, SQL Server, XML, Javascript, Subversion
• Must have expert knowledge of SDLC process and ability to produce quality SDLC products.
