Minimum requirements:

• Degree qualified (IT related)
• Passion for web development
• Exposure to a web technology such as ColdFusion, PHP, JSP, ASP.NET, Rails etc
• Solid understanding of HTML / CSS
• Experience writing SQL (MSSQL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with ColdFusion
• Experience working with version control systems (SVN)
• Experience with jQuery
