We need a Graduate Web Developer to join one of the world’s leading technology media, events and research companies.

Founded in 1964, our client is a multi-billion dollar company employing over 13,000 people worldwide. Through an established presence in over 85 countries our client has a diverse portfolio that spans 5 key areas including: print publishing, online and electronic media, events and conferences, market research and global marketing.

Based near Kings Cross, London, our client is expanding their development team and therefore needs a ColdFusion Developer to be responsible for bug fixing, new site construction, general site changes and developing bespoke zones for sponsors. You will also play a key role in other areas, most notably: Twitter/Social Networking Integration, Omniture implementation, Moveable type and Enterprise search.

This role is perfectly suited to a Junior, Middleweight or even Graduate Web Developer with exposure to a development language.

In principle your core skills should include some or all of the following…

  • Front End web development; (CSS, SASS, XHTML, HTML5, JQuery, JavaScript)
  • Back End web development; (SQL Server, ColdFusion 8, Coldspring, Lightwire, MVC Architectures inc. Machil, Colbox 2.6/3)
  • SVN
  • Eclipse IDE
  • Photoshop
  • OO
