The Senior ColdFusion Engineer will be responsible for the web development activities for the Free People and Leifsdottir brands.

Description:
We are looking for just the right person to lead our web development efforts. You will be working on the business side of a dual development environment, collaborating with our 3rd party web development partners. You will organize and lead large scale development projects, both in the trenches doing the work and coordinating with our internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• ColdFusion and JAVA expertise
• Microsoft SQL Server expertise
• Experience developing e-commerce solutions.
• Experience architecting, designing, implementing highly scalable, transactional, web applications.
• Experience working with Project Managers to define project requirements, user interfaces and make architectural tradeoff given requirements.
• 5+ years Project Lead for software products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self disciplined in a development environment that requires system testing, documentation, adherence to coding standards and naming conventions.
• Attention to detail, highly self-motivated.
• Ability to thrive in and manage a dual-development environment
