The Development Team Lead is responsible for leading the development team and software resources through the continuous project execution cycle both on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years as a web application developer including at least 2 years in a leadership/management role with 5+ direct reports
• Direct experience in high-volume, large-scale, web-based applications
• 5+ years building ColdFusion applications in a code managed, multi-tier development environment with process release management in place
• Expertise at driving projects through the SDLC
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
