Work as part of the E-STARS Suite project support team. Responsibilities include analyzing and developing customer requirements, designing and developing software applications and enhancements, and end user support. Other responsibilities include all aspects of set-up, maintenance, availability management, problem management and day-to-day product administration. Must demonstrate experience working on teams and executing software life cycle activities (i.e. requirements analysis, design, construction, implementation). Ability to prepare required written documentation.
