Santa Barbara-based Phase 3 Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Web Designer and Developer with 3+ years of experience in the industry. The individual will join a seasoned team of website developers, programmers and graphic designers.

Job performance entails a solid knowledge and application of Coldfusion development skills as well as (X)HTML, CSS and DIV layouts. Equally important is the ability to communicate well and interact with both current clients and prospective clients. Additionally, successful performance requires fundamental English and writings skills with ability to write, rewrite and edit website copy and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Experience with databases, Coldfusion, Javascript and some PHP is required.
• Educational requirements include some college with successful completion of college-level English.
• We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and a quick learner.
• The candidate should have a contemporary, artistic eye; possess the ability to switch gears for work on multiple tasks or projects; and have the mindset of a lifelong learner.
