I have 17 years experience in designing, developing and conducting corporate training, 12 years experience in ColdFusion website and web application development. I am extensively familiar with fusebox framework, SQL, SQL Server Databases, graphics creation, and Flash development from working for organizations including EG&G, Lockheed Martin, U.S. Department of Energy, and Bechtel Energy Alliance. In my work experience I was lead in developing the entire e-learning system for the Idaho National Laboratory (employing 5000 workers) which included developing a platform for delivery of web training, an online trainee feedback system, an examination system, and a course evaluation system. All of these were integrated with the company’s Oracle training database. I have developed 100-150 web courses on a variety of topics using HTML, Javascript, ColdFusion, Adobe Contribute, Flashform and Adobe Captivate. I have worked with countless customers in designing and developing online solutions for meeting their training needs. I am well versed and indoctrinated in the Systematic Approach to Training Development and the application of the model.
I’m interested in working on a contractual basis part-time. If you are interested, please give me a call anytime.
