I know people that work for this company and people who have interviewed there. They have extremely poor management and poor development practices. 50% of the work/code is legacy CF code that has been thrown together over the last 5 years. The other 50% is newer, but still not written in any type of OO fashion as they lead on. Additionally, they are doing everything they can to get people in the door, even hiring people who have never worked in the web-world to train them ColdFusion. Additionally, their turn-over is very high. About 40% of the development staff has left over the past 6 months and I believe that is an ongoing theme.
Just wanted to warn anyone who is interested in this company.
