REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3+ years experience with software design and web development on a Windows platform with .NET experience (C# is the preferred language)
2. Comfortable developing PHP applications using MySQL
3. Coldfusion MX v6-8
4. Proven background in enterprise application design and implementation
5. Experience with Java is highly desired but is not required.
6. OO Programming, SOAP, XML, XSL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
7. IIS architecture
8. Windows 2000, 2003 Servers experience
9. SQL & RDMS expertise; Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL,SSIS)
10. Demonstrated ability to champion and levarage Agile software development methods.
11. Experience with source code versioning tools and capable of setting configuration management policies and processes (SVN,).
12. Experience with test-driven development
13. Must have the ability to assess a situation quickly, from a non-biased point of view, and help arrive at the most beneficial resolution for all parties involved.
