I believe most of you friends know that I am a Real Estate Agent for quite some time.
Back in 2002 I started working as a developer for an international real estate franchise called ERA Europe, and soon after we started I was promoted to CTO of the company.
I coordinated the implementation of the real estate systems at the master-franchises in Europe. I enjoyed the 10 years I worked in the real estate technical market.
After leaving ERA Europe, I worked as a contractor for several companies working from home until 2018, when I decided to retire from development.
Trying to apply my experience in real estate, I became a Real Estate Agent in 2018. Right now I work with C F Realty LLC in the Greater Orlando Area, selling residential and vacation homes,
Orlando real estate market is blooming! Good properties take an average of 15 days in the market.
In my subdivision, properties stay maximum 7 days in the market. It is a “seller market”, whoever puts a house for sale, sells it quickly.
Same thing is happening to the vacation homes market. It became a very good investment, to buy a vacation home in Kissimmee area (close to Disney) and let it in the market for short-term rentals. Its Return of Investment (ROI) is excellent, you just need to choose a good property management company to advertise and take care of the reservations (booking) and maintenance of the property.
