Full Sail University is now accepting applications in its Web Design and Development Bachelor of Science Degree program. We are seeking enthusiastic, fun individuals with exceptional web skills to join our talented and growing team. In this role, you will help shape the instruction of our students as they progress through the Web Curriculum at Full Sail. Our future teammates will be self-motivated individuals that possess knowledge of web techniques and technologies coupled with a desire to share their unique talents. This is a full-time position requiring a flexible night and weekend schedule (based on student needs). All faculty will work directly from the Full Sail campus.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in XHTML web development, XML web development, CSS and Web Standards and knowledge of validation and document type definitions. They will also be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, and Illustrator, have good design skills and the ability to transfer them to the web using Web Standards, knowledge of Flash and Flash integration is helpful as well as knowledge of client-side and server-side integration.
