Advanced level ColdFusion 7 experience is required, though CF8 is highly preferred
Mid to expert level JBOSS experience is a plus
Expert level SQL and PL/SQL skills, preferably on Oracle, but will consider SQL Server

Demonstrates independent thinking and decision-making abilities
