Essential

• In-depth experience establishing best practices and guidelines for selecting, developing, and implementing web based application. – Proficient in Java (J2SE and J2EE), HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML/XSLT
• Expert in designing and developing highly interactive web interface (web2.0) with cross browser capabilities.
• Extensive SQL and stored procedure knowledge
• Experience in full project life cycle, including: planning, analysis, development, testing, and support
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, quick learner
• Willing to take on challenging tasks, and work independently under tight deadlines
• Strong network layer understanding
• Spring, Struts, Hibernate and other framework knowledge

Preferred

• Development experience with Adobe Flex, C++, C#,.NET, Perl
• Web Portal experience
• Messaging Protocol experience (ex: TIBCO, MQSeries, etc)
• Fixed Income experience is strongly preferred
