Essential
- In-depth experience establishing best practices and guidelines for selecting, developing, and implementing web based application. – Proficient in Java (J2SE and J2EE), HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML/XSLT
- Expert in designing and developing highly interactive web interface (web2.0) with cross browser capabilities.
- Extensive SQL and stored procedure knowledge
- Experience in full project life cycle, including: planning, analysis, development, testing, and support
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, quick learner
- Willing to take on challenging tasks, and work independently under tight deadlines
- Strong network layer understanding
- Spring, Struts, Hibernate and other framework knowledge
Preferred
- Development experience with Adobe Flex, C++, C#,.NET, Perl
- Web Portal experience
- Messaging Protocol experience (ex: TIBCO, MQSeries, etc)
- Fixed Income experience is strongly preferred
