Also provides expertise in state-of-the-art, real-time automation hardware design and development as well as state-of-the-art real-time automation software design and development and their interface with computer hardware systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with web-based software applications.
  • Adobe’s ColdFusion (v6 or higher).
  • Experience with web-based software applications.
  • Javascript, CSS, HTML, AJAX and front-end design.
  • Experience with Oracle Database/Reports.

Candidate shall write code in ColdFusion/HTML/JQUERY language and have ability to work with both MS SQL Server and ORACLE Databases Server. Candidate shall adapt to working in fast paced environment. Candidate shall be able to work in fusebox framework and have good understanding of ColdFusion component. Candidate shall use best judgement to work independently, and efficiently. Candidate shall be able to think in an agile development environment, and be efficient in problem analysis and resolution. Effective communications (verbal and written) is required to interact with customers and team members. Must have experience in working in a structured, development environment. The developer should be experienced in all aspects of maintenance and development of ColdFusion on Relational Databases, i.e. coding, analysis, debugging.

Duties and Responsibilities:   The Senior Coldfusion Developer is responsible for developing enhancements for an existing Coldfusion Application.  Responsibility will include: requirement gathering and analysis, software development with minimal direction, performing as a fully experienced Software Developer in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or providing complex enhancements to existing software in all phases in Software Development Life Cycle.  Works with technical staff to understand and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.  Works with shareholders to understand and collect business requirements and be able to convert them into technical design requirements.

Required Qualifications:   Requires a bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) and five to seven years of related experience.
