Main Position Objective:

This role involves developing web based Information Systems and Portals for Major Oil and Gas companies worldwide. You will be involved in the complete project lifecycle of web applications development from inception to completion. You will be expected to contribute in both logical and physical design and delivery. You will need a strong background in web-based technologies and application development.

Required skills:

• 2+years experience within a development or programming environment
• A significant contributor on a large (>9 month) project
• Working knowledge of one of the following: Coldfusion, ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET, PHP
• HTML, XHTML, Javascript, jQuery
• Knowledge of relational database management systems (RDBMS)
• Strong knowledge of object-orientated methodologies.• Proven, successful sales track record
• Ability to follow technical standards and operating practices.
• Exceptional time management skills.

The Candidate should also possess the following:

• CSS, XML/XSLT knowledge is beneficial
• Flex, ActionScript
• Must be willing to learn new technologies, be resourceful to solve complex challenges and work well under pressure.
• Client facing communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
