Innovative Hertfordshire based company seeks Lead Developer to join a young, friendly and rapidly expanding team. The company is now at the forefront of its industry sector and due to ambitious expansion plans they need a bright self motivated individual to help lead the development of solutions for large clients in the care, charity and finance sector.

This is a hands-on role, designing practical, cost effective solutions from client specifications. The role will require you to have excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. You will be continuously assessing customer requirements and working with clients on-site and occasionally away from the office.

You will be degree educated developer that is competent with Flex, Coldfusion and Flash. You will be familiar with all aspects of the development process, people management and speaking to clients.
