This position currently supervises one graphic artist and two developers and develops, deploys, and maintains Microsoft Access and SQL Server databases in support of litigated or arbitrated matters. This person must have hands on coding experience with ColdFusion, .NET, and SharePoint.

Job Requirements:

• Developing .net applications (C#, VB.Net, and ASP.Net) and SharePoint applications
• Microsoft SharePoint development
• Cold Fusion
• Microsoft Transact SQL
• MS Access/Visual Basic/Visual Basic for Applications
• Java/JavaScript
• IIS Web Server Management (ability to set up websites)
• Required Education/Experience/Additional skills for this position include:
• Four-year college degree; BBA or MIS/IT preferred
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience
• Excellent conversational skills, especially the ability to translate user requirements into technological goals/tasks
• Ability to set and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate future needs
• Preferred Experience/Skills:
• Ability to work with diverse and sometimes strong personalities
• Ability to work outside business hours as needs arise
• Database design methodology
