We are seeking an experienced Sr. Web Application Developer. This position is based in our corporate office in the Rocky Point area of Tampa. This is a very team-driven “all hands on deck” environment so yes; we want your smiling face and winning personality in the office, sorry no telecommuters. We are hiring full-time internally. This is not a contract position.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS degree, plus 5+ years experience or equivalent combination of experience/education is required Some experience and hands-on knowledge of ColdFusion
• 5+ years experience in COLDFUSION, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and SQL Possess working knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
• Experience with Fusebox
• Solid career as a developer with an interested in potentially functioning as a team lead.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor less experienced developers.
• Ability to successfully mentor less experienced developers
• Strong skills in COLDFUSION, HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and SQL
• Understanding of JAVA
• Must understand the principles of database design and modeling
• Knowledge of testing on major browsers and exposure to cross-browser/platform compatibility issues
• Knowledge of software best practices and documentation
• Must understand Web and Internet architecture
• An ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic entrepreneurial environment
